Soooo much better!
I think this book is so far my favorite of this whole series. Preppy was my fave character from the beginning and as the other books couldn´t completely "satisfy" my reading-needs, I was hoping that Preppy´s book will change it. And it did- mostly and luckily.
This book finally had almost everything I was missing in the previous books. It barely had spelling/grammar mistakes as well. In my reviews for the other books of this series, I wrote, that I was missing emotions. I finally got them here. There were no confusing or illogical scenes. I wasn´t annoyed or bored by characters or scenes. Drea was great too.
I loved the glimpses of the past- how they met, how their feelings started to build. Also the glimpses of Preppy and Chop. Loved how Preppy refused to give in and still kept his strong, funny personality.
Oh and how I loved the end <3 I so, so, so can´t wait to dive into book 2 of Preppy´s story.
There´s just one thing I hoped would have been better. King and Bear always said that Preppy is worse than those two. They said, Preppy does thing they´d never so. Things they wouldn´t even think of doing. I was hoping to read about it. I was hoping to read about the other side of Preppy- the bad, sick and dangerous one. This book was showing just the sweet, caring, funny, loving, broken Preppy. I loved those sides, but I wanted to get to know his other side too as it´s a part of him. Maybe the next books will show me some scenes from his past.
While in the other books most bad situations were over pretty fast, here, in case of Drea´s addiction, it continued. I liked that it wasn´t over fast and that it was mentioned that she had her withdrawels and the constant want to use it. I think it´s important to mention that drugs have those effects.
There wasn´t much I didn´t like. As I already said- I love Preppy and I´m going to be really, really mad if sth happens to him in the following books ;) :P
