Insgesamt hat mir das Buch ganz gut gefallen. Es erinnert ein bisschen an die unzähligen Pferdebücher, die ich als Teenager gelesen habe, wobei man nicht unbedingt ein(e) Fachmann(frau) sein muss, da sehr wenige Fachbegriffe vorkommen. Ein Unterschied besteht allerdings in der Dramatik. Ich möchte nicht zu viel verraten, aber das Buch ist jedenfalls nicht für pferdebegeisterte kleine Mädchen geeignet (wie ja auch der Titel vermuten lässt).
