The personalization of the word Grumpy is a man called Ove. But it's not his fault. It's clearly his fellow mens who are mostly to stupid to read simple signs. So it is his duty to collect all the bikes that are wrong parked and to report all the cars that overstay. 6 months after the death of his wife it's clear to Ove that life's got nothing left for him and that he wants to join his wife.
