A twisted serial killer is on the loose. He wears the mask of Galaxo, Starboy Avenger, a popular cartoon alien. He even speaks in the character's silly cartoonish voice. He does so while committing unspeakable acts on his victims. And it's up to Det. John Spader to find the man beneath the mask and stop the killing.
