In Reached, the last novel of the Matched trilogy, has been send Cassia back to the Society and to try to find a cure for the Plague which spreads around. Xander is also back into the Society, who is now an Official Medic, and he is also trying to find a cure.
But the Plague changes and everything changes as well, because Ky is not immune against this, but Cassia and Xander.
