Here we go Mrs. Ward. I have been waiting for Xcor's and Layla's story from the begining and I am not disappointed how the story went out. For all BD fans I have to say there are a lot of twists and turnings in the boys life. For my opinion Quinn's reaction was too much to say and what the hell happened with Thor? I also missed a few people in the book, haven't read about Z and Bella in the last books, or John and Xhex, Elena and Rev so whats happening to them? You always read snippets about Vishous and Jand (and yes, Mrs. Ward must really hate V because even why the development of this character goes this far?), Rhage and Mary (and I missed Bitty in this book), surely The King Wrath, Butch etc. All for all three solid stars cause the story has been to much twisting for me and I can't agree at some of the actions.
Also für alle BD Fans - aufgepasst - einige Charaktere machen Wandlungen durch die man wahrscheinlich nicht erwartet. Quinn's väterliche Seite bricht in einem Wirbelsturm aus und ja, die Autorin hasst V. Definitiv. Ansonsten lassen sich seine Handlungen kaum mehr erklären, ein Bad Boy sondergleichen. Wie sich die Autorin hier wieder rauswinden wird... man sei gespannt. Zur Geschichte selbst: Xcor und Layla - erhalten sie ihr Happy End trotz aller Verwirrungen? Was hat es mit Thor auf sich? Mit seiner Rachsucht? Welche Rolle spielt Blay in dem Ganzen? Und vor allem: ein alter Feind kehrt zurück... Lichtblick: Lassiter. Der Engel. Durchgeknallt. Hardcore. Aber immer auf der richtigen Seite?
Solide drei Sterne von mir da ich den Wirbelwind der verschiedenen Handlungsstränge als sehr anstrengend zu lesen empfand.
