The book throws you right in the middle of the story and it took me a bit to get to know my way around. Several times I had the feeling I was reading a second part or something or was missing out anything.

Still, I enjoyed this book a lot and this is mainly due to the awesome characters. The chemistry between Sephy and Luke is overwhelming. You can literally see and feel the sparks flying. An absolute sizzling chemistry!!
Luke is an absolute sweetheart who you can only love. He is someone who would do anything for his woman. I loved his present for Sephy, it brought tears to my eyes how thoughtful it was.
Sephy is an independent woman who know what she wants for herself and her little daughter Daisy. Sometimes I was a little bit annoyed it took her so long to accept her feelings.

I also enjoyed the humour in this story. There were some seriously funny scenes.

The author's writing is easy and enjoyable to read. I am looking forward to read more books by Eve Devon.
