I haven't read the first two book about the Chase brothers but I never had the feeling that I missed out anything. I never had problems finding into the story.

This book has some very strong and likeable characters who made me immdiately enjoy the story. Rue is a very strong and independent woman, she has certain aimes in her life she wants to achieve. But what will she do when her feelings are messing up those plans?!
Then we have Ethan who is stil struggling with life after losing his wife. He was described as a very down to earth man and it was easy to understand his struggles.
I really liked them both and they made a great couple.

This book is a very cute read with lots of romantic and funny scenes. I also enjoyed the writing style of Sarah Ballance. I am looking forward to read about the other Chase brothers.
