The story is about a young journalist, Kate, who is granted an exclusive interview with a wealthy, mysterious, and reclusive tech genius turned winemaker, RJ Lawson. Being at particularly low point in her life at this time, she jumps at the chance to discover what sent this rich and brilliant man completely off the radar, so she heads off to the Napa Valley to meet with him at his award-winning vineyards.
When she arrives in Napa she soon realizes one thing: Lawson is a recluse asshole, but his handyman for everything, Jamie, is quite good. And in a week, everything changes for them both.
I fell so hard for this book! It was funny, sweet, and it had bursts of brilliance--it was the definition of a perfect contemporary romance.
This story grabbed me and I found myself pulled into their story, Jamie is the kind of hero that's kind hearted, friendly, loving, he's loving Katy and teaching her how to feel loved.
This is a story that will make you fall in love with falling in love. I love a good romance, that happy feeling you get in your heart when you finish a book that has that kind of special beauty. I felt that way about this book. It made my heart happy. The way Renee writes makes you feel like you’re a part of the story. It’s so descriptive. For anyone wanting to read a beautiful romance, give this book a go.
Nowhere But Here was a unique and beautifully written love story. I laughed, I swooned, and I fell in love. This book warmed my heart and left me with the most wonderful feeling. I highly recommend it for all fans of romance.
