A young couple moves in a house in South London. Its first home. The dream of Sydney and Jack seemed to come unbelieveably true. Lots of space, but something is odd. And that is not only the stuff of the former owner.

Our protagonists, Sydney and Jack, tell alternately their perspective of the story in diary style entries. Retrospective for them, in progress for the reader. It is different and adds something special to the story The reader gets to know what is on bothes mind. More learning about the narrators than they know of each other.

The narrative meanders along, lacking the exhilaration and allure of a gripping tale. It has twists and turns, but the plot's contours are all too familiar and predictable. The characters appear as mere sketches, devoid of depth and complexity.

Do not anticipate a page-turner in the conventional sense. This story is more about endurance than excitement! More of getting finally through!
