Hi Stephie,
Glad you enjoyed the book! There's no particular method for choosing the names of my protagonists--in fact there have been a couple times when I started the book calling one of the protagonists by a different name and then switched part of the way through. Really, it just comes down to what "feels" right for that character.

Hi Jana,
I'm glad you enjoyed the book! My next book, IT HAPPENED ONE WEDDING, will be out in the U.S. on May 6. The hero in that book is Special Agent Vaughn Roberts (Cade's friend in the book you just read.) I've just started writing a new book and I haven't yet announced who the characters in that book will be. But Ford is certainly a contender. : )

Hello Mrs James,
mir hat das Band sehr gut gefallen.
Einer der sympathischsten Protagonisten war eindeutig Ford und ich würde mich auch freuen, mehr von ihm zu lesen.
Mich würde noch interessieren, was sie zum Coverwechsel der Deutschen Ausgaben sagen? Finden sie es jetzt passender?
Was fasziniert sie an dem Thema Recht?

Glad you enjoyed the book! As for touring in Germany, I don't have anything currently in the works--that's mostly up to my publishers--but I'd love to visit! I traveled in Germany about ten years ago and would be happy to return.

Dear Ms James,
I really enjoyed reading your book! I have two questions I like to ask you:
Are your other love stories written in a similar way? (Then I will certainly read them!)
Brooke is a lawyer, but in the story, when her boss's bank account is hacked, she does not know the tasks of the Secret Service. What was your intention, does she really do not know what the Secret Service does, or is it a way of flirting with Cade?

Glad you enjoyed the book! Yes, my other books are all of a similar tone.
With respect to that scene: nope, Brooke is just like me-- I'd learned in law school that the Secret Service investigates crimes against financial institutions but forgot about that until someone reminded me. : )
