Spannender Auftakt einer neuen Thrillerreihe

Spannende und atmosphärische Story mit interessanten Charakteren

Im Berliner Dom hängt eine weibliche Leiche kopfüber unter der Kuppel. Das Opfer hat einen Schlüssel um den Hals hängen, eingeritzt die Zahl 17. Als Tom Babylon, Ermittler beim LKA diesen Schlüssel entdeckt, wird er sofort in seine Vergangenheit zurück katapultiert und ihm ist klar, dass der Fall etwas mit seiner damals verschwundenen Schwester Viola zu tun haben muss. Unterstützung bei seiner Spurensuche bekommt er von der Psychologin Sita Johanns.

Die Story wird auf zwei Zeit-Ebenen erzählt. Durch die Rückblenden in Toms Jugendzeit wird hier eine besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen, auch die gewählten Handlungsorte wie z.B. der Berliner Dom und den Beelitzer Heilstätten tragen zu dieser Stimmung bei.

Der Schreibstil ist sehr flüssig und angenehm zu lesen und trotz ein paar Längen fand ich die Story schön spannend. Die Charaktere sind herrlich unterschiedlich und klar gezeichnet.

Zum Schluss erhöht sich die Spannung und der Nervenkitzel und macht diesen Thriller zu einem Genuss. Ich bin jetzt ganz gespannt auf Teil 2 "Zimmer 19".
